As a team we have over 30 years' experience in many property fields including lettings, rental management, property sales, planning and design.
We are not an estate agent with a letting department - we are 100% focused specialising in all things rental. We aim to provide a diverse range of properties and provide a professional and reputable service.
Please note we cover the entire province. This means we deal with single houses anywhere but it means we also provide 'one point of contact' for our landlords with portfolios in various areas instead of having to deal with agents in different towns.
We also offer a unique tenant registration so tenants can apply for interest in areas and we then actively look to find them suitable properties. All tenants on our register must be able to provide rental references, deposits etc and so are pre screened. This often will mean a good suitable tenant could be sitting ready depending on location.
As a company we are insured and registered with the necessary government and industry bodies, tenancy deposit schemes and property pal etc so you can be sure everything is in place that you would need.
